Hi everyone,

First post here and I'm having an unbelievably frustrating time. I downloaded the trial version of Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 15 (along with Premiere Elements, Corel, etc) to see how it compared for some video projects I'm working on, and ultimately decided to make the purchase.

...Except the website will not allow me to buy the software. I've tried as a guest, with an account, and multiple cards, but no matter what I do, I get an error saying it can't be processed. The sale price for Platinum ends March 14, and there's no shot I'm buying it full price when the other options are cheaper. It's one of the main reasons I'm trying to buy it now.

To make matters worse, I tried to call the customer support line during the extremely limited hours, and after going through a few menus, the automated system was decided not to put me on hold and was like "jk call back later no one's here". I tried calling 4 times since, and I can't even get to the menus anymore because it's an endless busy signal.

I already had trouble just installing the trial since I got the DLL error that's littered all over the forums, so this entire experience has been super aggravating. I'm just trying to make a purchase - does anyone have any idea how to make this work?
