So now in v20 there’s transition Bézier curves, and of course the existing motion tracking… but still no actual event/track/parent motion Bézier tools??? Ain’t upgrading until that exists!
There is for 2D motion, just use the Picture in Picture effect to do the scaling and moving, then animate it... the animation timeline lets you choose curves.

I requested this and ofx bezier keyframe curve some time ago and them took it & add it in v19&20.
I also requested bezier/keyframe-easings for pan/crop/mask, 3d parent track motion (3d camera). But it seems that it will not be took.

There is also Tweener in Vegasaur that does this.... Its better and a bit more intuitive than Vegas Pro Flow, just that its not free.
