I sent a crash report this morning, but now this issue is solved.
Reason: To remain my audio track settings I usually put an empty event on the track head.

And that's the problem!
Replaced the empty event with a real silent audio file as place holder, the Auto-Ducking function comes in a beautiful flow.
You can forget any ancient side-chain sfx.
