Sonible Plugins Remain Broken in b300 & Now Fail to Retain Auth

In addition to failing to retain VST settings on reloading a saved project, Sonible VSTs like SmartLimit now fail to recall authorization on reloading a saved project. This has persisted through several of the past few versions, now with the added bonus of dropping the authorization

correction -- the VST2 version is not retaining settings or authorization. VST3 looks like it is retaining both. That's good enough for me!
