Sony customer service

Does anyone have a clue how to get someone from SONY to actually respond to phone calls, service requests, etc????Been trying to get 5 site licenses registered for about 5 months....No one ever responds and I have gone through all channels???? About ready to switch our school over to Adobe Premiere!!

as far as I know, they don't do site licensing. You just buy multiple copies.

But they've always responded when I've contacted about non-tech support stuff via customer service e-mail.
