All MP4's play fine on Windows Media Player.

But if I import the same MP4's into Vegas Movie studio, or drag them into Vegas... the audio portion is missing!

I recently upgraded to Win 7 64-bit.... not sure if that has anything to do with this. But tonight I reistalled Vegas and still I have the same problem.
