Does Vegas Pro Have The Dolby Ac3 Encoder.
If not How Do I Get it ?

Dolby AC3 – Yes.
Dolby AC3 Pro – No more (available till Vegas Pro 13).

That's just plain ridiculous. The pro encoder is one of the things which attracted me to Vegas for so many years.
