Sony Movie Sutdio Platinum 12 Cuda does not work

Hey Guys,
I've been using Movie Studio 12 (Platinum) for a while now and always when I'm rendering my stuff my CPU is getting hot and works on 100%.
So thats why I wanted to use the GPU, but always when I start rendering I get a pop up message wich says that a error has accured, but that the programm couldn't find out why.
And yeah. I have no Idea what to do :/

A CPU working at 100% for rendering is a good thing, I believe.

But, how 'hot' is 'hot'?

And, it's impossible to know what caused your error message from the information here.

Maybe you could tell us a little more technical information about your hardware and project type and size.

What graphics card model number and firmware version?

If your CPU is overheating, then you need to cool it down.

Are you using a Laptop or Desktop computer ?
What type of cooling solution are you using ?
When is the last time you opened the computer up and cleaned all the dust out - especially around the CPU Cooler Fan/Radiator ?
