I have been trying to submitt a ticket for an error , keep getting submission failed for reasons which I have gone back and double checked. Of course each time you have to reselect certian fields trieto attach a notepad file with error log no go....

Plus it would REALLY REALLY be nice if we didnt have to insert all our hardware data everytime seeing as we have a page here withour spec allready there.

I dont want to be posting errors here , i believe that should be directed to your tech support thru the right channels but I am unable to do so.... Please help?
