I was wondering about that too. I did some research and I think the shareholder's meeting was pushed back until sometime in July. It was not easy info to find and it was not clear.
Update: I just found confirmation on that date, it was moved back until July 29th.

I get the feeling that they wanted to settle two issues before the meeting: the sony thing and the nasdaq thing. Sofo may be relisted with NASDAQ
