I'm not sure but they use to have a comparison chart somewhere on the site---check it out---They might look similar but there is a world of differences.

definitely a world of difference when one is 4 times the price, but the main gripe is MovieStudio exports to Flash and V5 only imports swf...

So i will be sticking with Sorenzon Squeeze...

Flash is the way for video on the net...I would have liked Vegas to be my one killer app for all...oh well....
