sony studio 12 newblue titler

just installed studio suite 12, but got problem with newblue fx 3d titling, when used on video track keep getting black box with error titler dll is not found ? have reistalled it 5 times ?

I don't know if it was you or not that helped via the NB ticket system, but please give a special thanks to the fast support by NB!

It may be advantageous for NB to just post the link and FAQ page for the installer issues and 32-bit vs. 64 bit questions as well Titler EX vs. Pro, not having both of them installed, etc...There seem to be a lot of questions about this round of NB bundled effects.

In addition to the Titler EX install issue, I don't seem to be able to have the newly bundled NB audio VST effects load in (as per my other thread). Not sure if this is happening to everyone or not. The installer fix didn't address that issue.
