SONY Text: Delete Hyphen but Hyph remains?

I have edited some text in "SONY Text" GenMed. I removed a Hyphen I had previously used but the the Hyphen doggedly remains?

Yes it appears on 2 KeyFrames and yes I have edited BOTH K/F positions.

Any takers?

Zoom in on timeline and make sure you don't have a generator on top of a generator.

Also, rather than fight it , it might be just easier to delete and redo.

Very sane advice Dave, indeed. However what I DID do was delete the "other" K/F and start over. That killed the hyphen!
