Sony Vegas 14 "Under Development" and Suggestions?

Was wondering if Sony publish their "Under Development" list of features anywhere for the next version of software?

Also is there a common place to record feature requests, so I can review (and vote on) the ones already proposed by users, and add other if I can't find them there?

It's not a good idea to bring out versions of Vegas that match the years then we spend the next year waiting for bug fixes. Now we waiting V13 and it's almost 2014.
