There is no "Sony" Vegas 16 Pro. Only Vegas 16 Pro from Magix and Pro 16 is very old. From where did you purchase it?

There is no way you were able to buy Vegas Pro 16 from Magix unless you bought it 6 years ago. Legally, they cannot even sell it now because of licensing agreements.

A -14 error would indicate your serial number is for a different product.
