Sony Vegas Certification

Are there future any plans for Sony to implement a Vegas Certificate Course or similar to cetify Vegas editors and/or tutors???

I would love to see where my own skill level, fits into a grading curve.

How can I best create a clip of actual bible (or any book) text. I have seen on religous broadcasts, text scrolling from an open book as a voice over is reading. How do they do that? Is there a plugin that simplifies it? Thanks for any suggestions.

PS
Scan the text in as a picture (or take a photo of it) and then impprt it onto a video track and use 'Event Pan/Crop' to basically fly a virtual camera over it.

I'd love to become "Vegas Certified" as well, I've been working with this program for soooooo long. I already have the Photoshop certification, why not get the Vegas one as well :)

By the way, you can also hold the text still and scroll down the text using the cookie cutter plug-in to darken (varying degrees) all the text but the text you want to scroll through.

See an example at www.thevideomaker.com

Go to the video samples and select the Hillcast startup video. Go about 1/3 from the end and you'll see multiple examples. These don't highlight the Bible, but they highlight various articles. Same concept though.
