Sony Vegas crashing on GPU Accelerating stage when start up

So last year sony vegas pro 15 was working up to 3 months ago. Then I changed video cards and it stopped working for some reason and now it won't even open vegas pro

I now have a dual GPU set up and vegas crash on the GPU Accelerating stage when I open the app

I have reinstalled Vegas

My drivers are up to date

I have held down CRTL + SHIFT

I have ran in combability mode

I rolled back my drivers back to Jan of last year because Sony Vegas worked then.

I still get stuck on Initializing GPU acceleration but a new error, it's shorter
