Sony Vegas Pro 12 (Build 770) Event Pan/Crop image glitch

Whenever I move my image in the Event Pan/Crop, the image is shown very differently. As it is hard to explain this, I will insert an example:

My Net Framework and build are the latest updates so I don't know why it's doing this.

That's odd. Does it do this with all kinds of media?

Is your "lock to cursor" toggle on?

(PS Vegas 12 is getting pretty old now; maybe time to update?)

I was able to fix it by opening and saving the image via photoshop, and I have no idea why (it might be because Sony Vegas is unable to handle the higher sizes of jpeg). Thank you for helping me anyway. 😀
