Dear MAGIX Support Team,
I recently purchased a software bundle from MAGIX on September 15, 2025, which includes Vegas Pro 23.
After completing the installation of all the software, I tried to launch Vegas Pro 23, but unfortunately, nothing happens. When I double-click on the program icon, no message or error appears — it simply doesn’t open.
When I click on the Vegas Pro icon, I briefly see the software’s loading window appear, showing several files being initialized, but then it suddenly closes, and nothing else happens.
I also tried uninstalling all the software using the MAGIX launcher and reinstalling everything, but the problem remains the same.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue so that I can launch the software?
