If you've bought Vegas Pro 14 or later (up to 21) from a website branding it as Sony Vegas Pro, then you've got a pirated version of Vegas Pro and are therefore unlikely to get any help on this forum from other Vegas Pro users who have legally purchased Vegas Pro.

@Brad-Allee You have possibly downloaded a cracked version from the internet.

No version of Vegas Pro released in the past 8 years has ever been branded as "Sony", who was a previous owner.
