Can I buy a licence for Sony Vegas Pro 13 ?

Not from Sony or the current owner, Magix. Perhaps somewhere else.

And if I buy and instal software on 3 PC, can I use it on all 3 PC in the same time ?

Or I need to buy 3 licence for that 3 PC....Thank you
