Sony Vocal Eraser does not install

I purchased a Vegas movie studio Production Suite version 10. The Sony Vocal eraser does not install. It installs help file and some other files, but not the execution files. Can anyone help ?

I have version 11, but for me Vocal Eraser is found by clicking on the plugin icon on the lower right side of an audio track and selecting Third Party in the Plug-In Chooser that pops up. I do not see a Vocal Eraser executable on my hard disk. There is a help file, uninstall file and some DLL files in the Win32 folder.
