Sony won't email license code

I bought Movie Studio Platinum, and registered both Home Stdio and Arcitech 4.5. I wanted to burn a DVD a couple days ago, and it asked me for the product key again, so, since my editing computer is offline, I copied the form to a CD, put it in this computer and went online to get the key or license, or whatever number. I've submitted it twice and have not received an email from Sony. What's my problem?

On this very site, click on 'My account' and select 'My Software'. There, your serials should be listed. Note them down and then run the programmes on your pc and give in the serials. That should do the trick.

Don't fully understand what you mean by 'I copied the form to a CD, put it in this computer'.

Rusty was probably using the "register from another computer" function.

Rusty, check your junk/spam folders. It's possible the emails ended up in there.

Yes, I am registering from another computer, and no I don't have any emails from Sony.

Also, if you are running Windows Vista, be sure you launch the application with Administrator permissions. I had a problem with Sony software refusing to accept a registration code until I ran with Administrator permissions.

To do this: Right-click on the icon you launch VMS with, and about the 3rd option down should be "Run as Administrator."
