Sony WX5 3D modes useable in Vegas Pro 10?

I'm considering the newer Sony WX5 point and shoot and I'm wondering if the 3D image capture from this camera can be imported into Vegas and used as such even in a 2D production. That could be very useful.

I was just looking at the manual and it seems there jpg files and "mpo" files and these can be used to create the 3D effect on a 3D-TV or the camera's own screen.

Anyone know if these files can be processed by Vegas 10? TIA

If Sony WX5 able to provide two sided images or up/down images then easily you can import them as 3d photo/video in the Vegas 10.

With that easily you can adjust depth and other 3d paramaters.

Thanks Chethu. I'm not sure what "two-sided" or "up/down" images are, but "MPO" is a format that includes muliple images and metadata. Since it's not two tracks of offset images as normal 3D uses, it doesn't look like Vegas will know what to do with it. For now...

Angels:

MPO is not directly supported at this time, but you can use the free MPOToolbox third-party utility to convert MPO to JPS (use MPO2JPS) to convert your 3D Sweep Panorama images to a format that can be used in Vegas Pro 10.
