sound and image shift

hello! I wanted to share a little problem that I have with the sound and my videos, it doesn't always happen but sometimes I have a lag with the image and sound, and in a strange way zoomed out it seems that everything is fine and when I zoom the audio distorts and tells me that the beginning starts at a little at the end

the pink track is concerned, here zoomed out the sound does not seem to have a problem

and then when I zoom we realize that the audio is not well synchronized

is this a problem in vegas, or is it people sending me buggy files?

@Anvil, no. I've never experienced that with the files I've used. Ever. I have VP14-22 and my current computer build is in my Signature below. There is nothing in your User Profile. I would suggest you add your computer build to your Signature.

As for your issue, read this POST and provide all the information listed in "B" and "C" if you want help. Also, since you don't know the actual source creation of the files, use MediaInfo. It's free. Run it, place the problematic clip on it, View>Text, and copy/paste your text in your reply.

This is necessary information to help in troubleshooting your issue.

I updated my signature, took a few more screens this shift only occurs on vegas pro 22, on the 21 when I zoom in on the audio everything is fine

Thanks for the additional information. Question, why do you have in File I/O the legacy AVC and HEVC check marked?

Looking at MediaInfo, I don't see anything that stands out as problematic, but I am no expert. Which version of Vegas Pro are you using and the build number?

And if possible, if you can upload a short sample of the problematic footage to the cloud, I will try it on my computer to see if I can replicate the issue.
