Also when I go to the download center and use the key to download Sound Forge Pro (vegas 365) it says that the program does not exist.

The screen pics that you have uploaded show that you are trying to activate Sound Forge Pro with a Sound Forge Audio Studio serial number, hence error code 14 etc. if you have only recently subscribed to Vegas Pro 365, it is not Sound Forge Pro that comes with Vegas Pro 365, it is Sound Forge Audio Studio.

From memory, the original release years ago of Vegas Pro 365 included Sound Forge Pro, and my understanding is that SF Pro is still available to those who have remained subscribed to Vegas Pro 365 ever since. When the next version of Vegas Pro was released, the Sound Forge offering for new subscribers became SF Audio Studio only.

It should be noted that when Sound Forge Pro 'was' included with Vegas, the third-party plug-ins (iZotope Elements, Ozone and RX) were not included in that Vegas Pro package deal. There were many querys regarding this in the Sound Forge and Vegas Pro forums. I would assume this may be the case with Sound Forge Audio Studio, which normally includes Ozone Elements when it is purchased singularly. Contact Magix customer service for a definitive answer.
