SoundForge Error Plugins can't be opened/ don't have permission access

To whom it may concern,

I have a problem with the plug-ins scan while making a Patch/Batch/Chain of plugins. When I click the "Batch converter" option from the Tools menu, I would like to apply the same chain/batch of effects to various audio files at the same time. I can scan, add, open, use the plug-ins and effects on the files and even change the parameters of the plug-ins that are inside the chain.

However, when I want to click the button to apply the effects, the Status Window displays an ERROR message for each of the files being processed, with a message that states that certain plug-in or effect couldn't be found. The message goes as follows:

"Error: Process 1: cFX_Compressor_x64(VST2, 64Bit). File couldn't be opened. Confirm that you have permission to the right access of the folder or files."

I am now using SoundForge 14 in Japanese and can't change the language since it's a program for the whole company. So the message above is a translation of the message in Japanese.

I would really appreciate a quick response service (Chat/Zoom/Phone) to solve this issue, since I'm now residing in Japan and it is difficult to translate the issues from Japanese to English.

I am really looking forward for someone who has had the solution
