Soundtracks?

I am trying to decide whether to upgrade to VMS 10 from version 6. When the info about the product refers to 'soundtracks' included, what is that? Are they just fixed length pieces of music? Are they like the SmartSound product where you can choose a style/song and specify the length of music and it will do the rest?

Thanks

I have the Movie Studio HD Platinum Production Suite (who comes up with these names anyway ??? ). The box says "400 exclusive music soundtracks". On the install disk, under "Content" there is a 1001 sound effects folder with that stuff in it and a "music" folder with a bunch of different sub-folders containing over 400 "music" tracks. While none of it "lights my fire", it is not bad - typically there is a number of variations of a theme in 15, 30, 60 and 180 second versions. Nothing like Smart Sound (which I also have and like (except when I crash it .. ).

There are some additional folders for "borders", "illustrations", "title cards" and "sample projects" also on the disk (at least the version I have). Don't forget that one of the new features in 10 is motion stabilization (I have not played with it, but apparently it works OK from what I have heard) although it can't handle the typical camcorder shot I see that includes the users feet, the game, the trees and perhaps even the person behind them (all in less than 30 seconds) :-)
