Is there a reason that the space bar (used to start/stop playback since before dirt was invented) should toggle the options in the Wave Hammer fX?

The focus is on the effx window. toggling off and on. Focus back to timeline and it should work normally.
I appreciate that. Previous versions of Vegas Pro didn't toggle the Compressor on and off when the Compressor tab was active. The space bar does toggle settings on the Volume Maximiser and Routing tabs in Vegas Pro 18 Wave Hammer Surround Sound fX.
I replaced the Wave Hammer stereo fX with the Wave Hammer Surround Sound fX. The Surround Sound fX works the same in Vegas 19-643 as it always did, no changes to the settings on the Compressor tab. Apparently, the difference in behavior was introduced with the stereo version of Wave Hammer in Vegas Pro 19.
