Split at Markers Script?

Does anybody if there is a script that will automatically split a selected clip at all marker points.

And to expand on that... anybody know if there is a clip that will split and apply a cross fade?

For this work I use a combo of VASSTs Ultimate SPro 4 and Edward Troxel's Excalibur.
