What is the best way to achieve a split screen horizontally of 2 videos showing the front and rear camera footage please? With the rear view on the top layer

If one has NewblueFx it also has a very handy split screen filter.

@Steve_Rhoden. Yes I do have that and I tried to use it. Sadly the first 30seconds or so played Ok then the frame rate went erratic and finally dropped out to a black screen. After trying several combinations and taking my GPU out of the preferences I gave it up as a bad job.
