Split track at Regions

I've searched the archives, with no luck yet---does anyone have a script that would go through an entire timeline and split track(s) at regions? (Even better, would then discard the unwanted, in-between parts?)

That's exactly what the "Extract Good Clips" in Excalibur does.

As does "Keep / Remove within Regions" in Ultimate S2 & 3.
