I put a clip on the video track and used the velocity envelope to make it slower. Then when I wanted to split the clip to 2 parts, the second part began from a different frame and not the continuation of the previous frame from the first part. Naturally this would not have happened if I hadn't used the envelope but isn't there an easier way it can be done without me having to go back and look for the exact frame that ended in the first part?
