Splitting screen Vegas? Need Help

Any easy way to split screen on Vegas? I try with Pic on Pic but after cropping i have difficulty adapting videos.

Some plugins like in Filmora to split-screen and drag and drop or any easy way for beginners? Thanks in Advance
