Stabilizer Mirror/Clamp/Repeat stopped working

For some reason, the stabilizer wont do mirror edges/Clamp to edge/Repeat anymore. Just black edges ("Transparent") shows up all the time. reinstall didnt fix it. neither did turning off the GPU.

Ideas? Known bug?

What are you preview quality setting?

Try switching between the qualities 'Draft' and 'Good'.
