Stabilizing shaky video in Vegas Movie Studio 11?

I've got a lot of video clips that are too shaky. I was wondering how can I stabilize the footage so that people who are watching the final video won't get dizziness from the shaky video. Thanks in advance.

I can't remember if it came with all versions of VMS11. It could well be you need the platinum edition. Right-click on the event on the timeline that needs to be stabilized and then select 'stabilize'. A window will open with some options.
