You can try to temporarily rename this file on your computer C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OldOFX and try again. If it now went on, one or more installed plugin caused that error. which one it is you must find out by trial and error.

Eventually, it did start and run but it turns out that I had to actually click on the splash screen after closing the Titler app.
