Starting over

I'm a photographer who has used Sony Vegas Pro 11, DVD Architect, and Acid Pro since 2011. But my hard drive crashed recently and I can't reload the old programs. VEGAS isn't recognizing my information.

Is there a way to successfully reload my old programs?

If not what would you recommend I get to replace what I had? When I go to the website so much has changed and I don't want to buy the wrong setup, or miss buying something that I need.

If you've got the .exe install file for Vegas Pro 11, the program should install without requiring any information. But when you open Vegas Pro 11, a window should appear asking you for your Vegas Pro 11 serial number. If correct, another window should then open asking for some personal information, the minimum information required would likely be your name, email address and country of residence. I'm failry sure that the email address needs to be the email address that you used when purchasing/registering Vegas Pro back in 2011/12. The "I've read the Ts & Cs" checkbox needs to be checked at the bottom of that window and then the OK (other similarly named) button can be hit.

If you've coded the correct serial number and email address from the time of purchase/registration but there is still a problem, you'll need to contact MAGIX Support via the Support link in this forum's header. Then click on Vegas Pro and scroll down to the bottom of the page where there is a 'Contact Support' link.
