Starting up Vegas Pro 14 crashes my entire pc when launching

Wondering if anyone else has this problem and has a fix for it. Can't get a error message because when it's booting up the program my entire pc will crash. No other program does this. If I'm lucky this won't always happen and the program is usually fine after that, but I can't stand it anymore. Already tried deactivating then deleting the registry file and reinstalling but no luck. I'm on windows 10 with everything up to date and I have a good computer

To begin with, do a complete reset of the program following exactly this:
https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/
and try again . If it helped not we need more information about the used hardware, exact driverversions, projectsettings, MediaInfo of sources, a.s.o.

Well that seemed to have solved it from crashing on launch. Unfortunately now I'm getting error code -59 where it says I don't have a license to use the program even though I was using it the other day. Appreciate the help
