State of Nvidia drivers?

GDI compatibility doesn't cause any problems or issues that I am aware of, and it is only applied to VEGAS anyway.

For dynamic ram preview be sure to do a test very carefully as preview framerate can vary from second to second. Dynamic ram preview is a buffer that generally improves timeline and render performance (within reasons; some users err by allocating too much ram to it). In the benchmarks in my signature I did renders with it disabled and got huge increases in render time (6x worse on my laptop with the VP 20 benchmark).

Ok ok fine, to be more sure that that setting doesn't affect anything else you can even create a profile that only applies to Vegas.

It is also true that we want something to work without any subterfuge.

So I'll do some more tests with regard to Dynamic RAM.

I'll talk about it in some dedicated thread.

Thanks for the information.
