State of the Art now. Build or buy?

THis came up in another thread .. the thing is that right now the parts you might want to build with your 9900K (like RTX 3070 or 3080) are not available .. I've been waiting to build 6 months! .. Seems like buying might be the only real option if you want state of the art ..

This is leaked 'place holder' pricing from a US retailer website. Some of the description info is incorrect though so make of it what you will. 12900K said to be as fast as Ryzen5950 16core
