Steam Vegas Pro 18 - "error code: -59" "There is no license"

I bought this a year ago and now just keeps coming up with the same message

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling in different drives, running as admin and checking integrity of files through steam

NOTHING has worked

Please help me, I am FED UP with looking through forums that tell me NOTHING OF VALUE

I need this sorted ASAP

Please be aware that Steam versions of Vegas Pro use Steam's proprietary registration and activation system - it does not use MAGIX's / Vegas' registratuion and activation system. If the suggestions given in the above link do not work, you will likely need to contact Steam Support as the problem likely relates to their activation system.
