Stereo 3D in Sony Vegas

I tried it with Test videos provided by Medtron site , I works great !.

My question is which inexpensive Cameras did you use ?

is it good idea to use two new web Camera "Microsoft Cinema HD web cam" to capture 3d video in small Studio ?

I didn't try this yet, but it says HD resolution is needed for this tool to work.

The Microsoft Cinema HD web cam should work fine for this, of course not with the same gloss as with expensive cameras. There is a question whether one PC could capture two of these simultaneously, you need to verify that.

Could be lots of fun in 3D for a hundred bucks total!

The next big step up would be using 2 Kodak Zi8 cameras ($150 each) which produce stunning quality in good light, and don't need to be tethered to a computer.
