Is it possible to have vegas separate a stereo track into its component left and right channels on different track?
eg. I have a string section recorded in stereo, panned at 9 oclock and 3 oclock. I want to change the spacing, so I want this track to become two mono tracks so I can pan them separately.
One way I know is to export to sound forge and copy one half and paste it in another file and do the same with the other. But is there a quicker more automatic way?
