still no mark all read?

i'd like to thank the board team for listening to its readers' suggestions, which have now made the board much more user-friendly.

however, i still think a 'mark all read' would be of great advantage to many of us who are time poor and only interested in following certain threads.

thanks

I second that :-)

On my Nook, which I use sometimes to read this forum, unread threads are in Boldface, until I read one. Then the boldface is lost on all. The forum is still listed as being Beta, and it might be these issues they are still working on.

they are on chrome too, but there's so many i'm not interested in that i have to read them to find what i'm looking for. a simple 'mark thread read' would at least save the time scanning them all...

Like today, I visited the forum maybe 4 times. Each time there were new replies in about 10 threads. But, if I could just scroll past them, determine quickly from the thread title that I wasn't really interested in them and choose "mark forum read" -- all of them would be set to non-bold, or read. That way the next I visit the forum I would only see threads that had new entries in them.

As it is, I have to open each and every thread then click the forum title (in the header or footer) to return to the forum home page to set the thread(s) to read. That takes a while when there are multiple threads with updated content.

Mark Forum Read would make it much easier to manage the threads.

agreed, 'mark forum read' rather than 'thread' as i previously posted

Just added "Mark all posts "read"" to the wishlist at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/forum-feature-requests-bug-reports--103297/ (at #10. Previously only had request to mark individual posts read).
