Still photo trimming

Trying to insert stills into my vidoe. How do I size the stills so they all appear for exactly the same duration. Looking for a rapid-fire affect.

If you're using a relatively new version of Vegas, go to options / preferences / editing. You can set a new image length there. Choose whatever duration you want and then all new images added to the timeline will be that long.
