I'm editing my first HD wedding and shot the main footage with a Sony HDR-FX1000 for the HD plus a VX2100 SD using the 16:9 mode for wide shots.
Anyway I'm putting the project together and imported around 75 pics for a "the couple growing up" montage. I already went through each picture using the pan/crop for movement.
I just realized that I didn't set each picture to a 16:9 format? I've tried a copy and paste attributes, but that doesn't catch the ratio setting and worse it appears that even when I do change a picture ratio to 16:9, my pan/crop setting overide the 16:9 and the picture changes to my original settnigs out of the 16:9 format.
Looks t me like I've got to go to each picture, delete the pan/crop points each individually, change the ratio to 16:9, then add new pan/crop set points.
Any other way someone might know to get around this?
Live and learn I guess.
