Stopping Loop Playback

When I render a video it plays in a loop. I've tried to toggle the loop region on the timeline and sees it turns from blue to brown and back when I right click the timeline and select loop playback. I've tried both settings but my video still plays in a loop. Any suggestions?

There's nothing you can do in Vegas to make your finished video loop. If it loops, there's nothing you can do in Vegas to make it not loop.

In other words, it's your player that has the looping function turned on and you have to fix it there.
