Strange artifacts when using zoom transition

sellavision wrote on 3/30/2012, 10:17 AM
I have recently noticed that any time I attempt to use the zoom transition, I get thin, black artifacts (lines) at the left and bottom of the effect that move with the transition. I have not selected any zoom borders and changing the color of a potential border has no effect on these unwanted lines. I have filed an incident report with SCS, but have heard nothing.....Has anyone else experienced this ? I am using the native Sony zoom transition....Thanks

That phenomenon can happen if the aspect ratios of your source media and project do not match. Have you tried bringing up the pan/crop window and selecting "Match output aspect"?
