Strange black video's...

Hi. While using v3.0 I met a problem which I wasn't able to fix. I have an avi file which is compressed in divx 5.05 @ 4000 kps of bitrate. This is a huge quality and this video doesn't contain any sound. I added it into v3 ion the "track editor" When I made the render of it, it appears completly black (as in v3 too). If I try to read that video before doing anything with v3, it perfectly works. But once I add it into vegas, it give nothing but a black picture.

Does anyone have any idea about it ?

Please do a search on this in the forum - seems a prob. with earlier versions of DiVX if I recall - Vegas needs rgb input rather then yuyv

All right Mikkie. I've found your previous answer. I just converted me avi into rgb avi files and it works. But aren't you ever fed up with all those question people may ask you ? I would be in your case and actually I am. As a professional infographist, I get more than 20 questions a day about everything. I try to answer them all, but it's not always with the same happyness...

Anyway, I won't say I love you (because It would be too gay :D ) but I thank you so much :)
